What is Ayurveda?

Ayurveda is the worlds oldest, most natural system of health that originated in India over 5,000 years ago. It is known as the knowledge or science of life.

 

Ayurveda is a system that is a harmonious guide to align with a truer balanced state and to live more mindfully. Being drawn from the natural flow of the five elements that surround us and live within the self, Ayurveda’s understanding of health and well-being addresses daily stresses to states of disease. This is a system that looks at a whole in mind, body, and soul- you.

 

The elements are the same to all that surround us but they are made up in different blueprints within us. Making it a possible individual system of health for all.
