
On-boarding Process for Our Office Share Program
Welcome to the Office Share program! To enroll in our Office Share, please complete the following steps.

Based on the information included in your application and tour/consultation, you will receive an email of the shift(s) available to you.

Review the Office Share Agreement below. (IMPORTANT: select a start date of the 1st of the NEXT month (or the 1st of a following month). For example, if it is currently March, you would select April 1st or any subsequent 1st of the month as a start date.)

Complete the Office Share Agreement and email to hello@justbeholisticwellness.com. The agreement is not approved until you receive a copy signed by the business owner.

​Email a copy of your insurance, complete with the information included in the "Expenses" section of the Agreement to hello@justbeholisticwellness.com.

After your paperwork has been received and approved, you will receive an electronic invoice for your first payment to be paid by ACH bank deposit.

Once your first payment is received, you can book your first free 30-miunute Holistic Business Coaching session using the online booking feature below.

You will be added to our directory and door signs.

If you opt to be added to the website for a one-time $50 fee, please email us the following: 1) a professional photo of yourself 2) your bio 3) a list of your service names, descriptions, cost, and duration 4) your website and social media links. You will receive an electronic invoice. Once your payment is received, you will be added to the "Providers" page, "Services by Provider" list, and "Services A-Z" list on both mobile and desktop.
