Heart Chakra Support for "Change"

Service Description

During the change of seasons, the body often asks for extra support to release the old ways of the past and welcome in the new, radiant abundance that is freely yours. In a group setting, you will receive Reiki for your heart chakra. Any additional issues your body is asking for help with will also receive healing, as Reiki is a spiritually guided energy and knows where we need help the most. We begin with education and Q&A on the heart chakra. Then, you will sit or lay comfortably and begin with a guided Reiki healing experience (similar to a guided meditation). Followed by some peaceful moments for you mind to wander, the Reiki Master share Reiki person-to-person. There will be time at the end for discussion. Available online or in-person. If you are joining via Zoom, simply click the link in your confirmation email a few minutes before the class begins. If you're joining in person, simply arrive at the center at the time of the event :)
