Service Description

Reflexology Reset is a deeply calming experience — using the feet as the access point to help your entire system slow down, settle, and release. Each session begins with a short conversation, where you’re invited to share not just what’s happening in your body, but what’s been going on in your life. Because stress doesn’t stay in one place — it shows up in patterns throughout the body. You’ll then be guided through a short self-awareness meditation to help your system settle and become more receptive to the work. From there, the session focuses entirely on the feet. Using reflexology techniques, intuitive touch, and nervous system support, the work is slow, responsive, and guided by what your body is releasing. Even though we only work with the feet, many clients experience: • A full-body sense of relaxation • Reduced tension throughout the body • A quieter, more settled mind • A deep sense of grounding Because when the nervous system begins to regulate, the whole body follows. This session is especially supportive for those who: • Have trouble relaxing during traditional massage • Feel overstimulated by full-body work • Want a deeply calming experience with minimal input • Are holding long-term stress or tension Clients often leave feeling: • Deeply relaxed • Lighter and less tense • More grounded and present • More connected to their body This service is offered as a tip-free experience, meaning the full value of the session is already included in the price.
