Ten Magical Garden Plants

Service Description

This class focuses on important perennial garden plants with unique and seemingly magical uses. Chamomile, comfrey, dandelion, horsetail, mugwort, nettles, rue, valerian, yarrow, and willow will be discussed! Learning the esoteric values of these plants may lead to beneficial use of natural fertilizers and compost teas, willow water to aid in plant propagation, dreams of fairies, happy and healthy animal friends, and divinatory success! May 13th 10am-12pm Michael Rolli is a local gardener & naturalist who leads guided ethnobotany hikes and teaches gardening classes. His experiences in public and private horticulture, ecological restoration, herbalism, and stewarding his own homestead have made him a well-rounded plantsman, eager to share insights about gardening, ecology, and healthy living.
