Cancellation Policy

In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients and staff, we require you to provide a 24 hour advance notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. If you are unable to give us a 24 hour notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the session rate. If your practitioner needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will be notified, and there will be no cancellation fee applied. (Your practitioner may waive a cancellation fee for special circumstances, evaluated on a case-by-case basis.)


You will be required to provide your credit card information on our secure platform upon booking your first appointment.


Inclement Weather Policy

Your practitioner is responsible for outlining their inclement weather policy. Practitioners are permitted to charge the cancellation fee if driving conditions are safe and you cancel or reschedule your appointment.


When you book your first appointment, you will be asked to provide a signature that indicates you agree to the cancellation policy and to provide your card information upon request.
