What is the Realization Process™ Meditation?
The Realization Process™ is a series of meditation and movement practices designed to gently guide you in inhabiting your body. Through trauma, both physical and emotional, we often dissociate as a way of navigating the pain. In the moment, dissociation may seem like the best way out, but over time, living in a dissociated state causes us to lose our joy, passion, creativity, and laughter.

Becoming embodied does not have to be re-traumatizing, painful, uncomfortable, or forced. The meditation exercises offered through the Realization Process™ are gentle, accessible, and make sense out of something as hard to describe as "embodiment". Even after just one session, you will understand what it means to be embodied. Over time, you will work on being able to sit with your eyes softly closed, and feel deeply peaceful. Then, you'll learn how to remain in that deep, peaceful state with your eyes open, moving around a room, and talking with others. Who knew this depth of peace was possible!
