This is because we were all raised by parents who didn't have the tools to live authentically or to express emotions with grace and ease. This means we too were unaware of our Authentic Self and how important emotional expression is.
But now it's time! Time for​

-Being creative!
-Being silly again!
-Child-like laughter again!
-Feeling confident in our bodies again!
-Wearing the clothes that make us smile!
-Eating the foods that nourish our development!
-Being "not normal"! (Remember wearing mismatched clothes, putting your shoes on opposite feet, doing your hair by yourself. None of us looked "normal" during parts of our childhood)
