Virtual energy work is equally as effective as in-person. Because energy is not bound by time or space, it can be felt at a distance. Our virtual clients are always surprised that they can feel the energy at a distance! Take a moment to try it out: I've sent energy to anyone who reads this part of the website AND consents to receiving the energy by doing this: take 3 full, slow breaths with your eyes softly shut (or left open, if that feels more comfortable.)
