Custom Therapeutic Massage is fully tailored to what your body needs that day. Some days you might want deep relaxation, and other times you might be sorting out why your back betrayed you this week (we've all been there). You can even use this time to support your workouts and injury recovery. Chronic pain especially loves a custom approach, because (as you well know) it likes to hang out longer than desired. You can choose a recurring appointment time with me at your next visit to make ongoing care simple, helping you to maintain a healthier, lower-stress, and pain-free lifestyle. Many clients choose to book on a monthly or biweekly basis and alternate with a Just Be Method session to support the emotions that arise from being in pain. I invite you to join my Step Into Growth membership for access to my library of wellness practices, so you can bring sessions home with you. It has everything from yoga and meditation to somatic movement exercises. Sessions with me are all-inclusive and tip-free. The price you see reflects the full value of your session, so you can relax without needing to add gratuity. The best tip you can leave?
