A Guided Experience that Flows With You
The Just Be Method™ is a guided approach to working with how you experience your thoughts, emotions, and daily life.
What you're going through isn't just one thing — it’s layers built over time — patterns in how you think, respond, and move through the world… often formed without even realizing it.
We explore each layer as it arises by moving fluidly between techniques — the core pillars of the method:
• Embodiment
• Mental clarity
• Energy awareness
• Authentic living
These pillars flow one-into-the-other, sometimes moment to moment, as we follow the guidance from your nervous system.

Where Things Start to Shift
We’ve all had moments where things feel clearer or lighter…
And then that feeling fades.
Not because you did anything wrong.
Often, it’s because many approaches focus on just one part of your experience.
Talking.
Bodywork.
Energy.
This method brings multiple approaches together — each one intentionally chosen for how it supports the others — rather than relying on a single technique.
By including the ways you experience life — your thoughts, your body, your energy — we create space to work with the patterns that have developed over time.
This can create a moment for people to notice:
• A sense of clarity
• Feeling more at ease
• New perspectives on what they’re experiencing
• A sense of “this feels different this time”

How This Approach Supports Change
At the foundation of this method is nervous system regulation.
Getting to that beautiful place where you can "just be" involves creating a space for you to:
• Notice what’s happening in your nervous system
• Gently be with what’s present
• Begin to experience more ease with what arises
Because what you’re experiencing in life is layered:
Thoughts.
Sensations
Responses.
Patterns.
All interacting at once.
This is why sessions move between pillars:
Because as one layer unfolds…
Another becomes accessible.
The Structure of The Method
From the foundation of nervous system regulation, we work with the core pillars of the method:
Embodiment
Working directly with the body to notice patterns of tension, holding, and physical responses connected to what you’re experiencing.
Mental Clarity
Guided self-awareness practices using calming guidance and intentional questions to bring insight into what you’re experiencing.
Energy Awareness
Gently working with the energy in your body — like tightness, pressure, or restlessness — allowing it to be experienced without needing to "fix" it.
Authentic Living
A space for new perspectives — where you begin to see your patterns more clearly and have more freedom in how you show up in your life.
These pillars are not used separately.
They are woven together as your experience unfolds.

From Sessions to Trainings
For many people, experiencing this work naturally leads to something more:
“Can I learn how to do this?”
Some choose to learn the method for their own self-care — to continue exploring their experience between sessions.
Others feel called to use it in their work with others — integrating it into what they already do or as a completely new career path.
There are two primary ways to learn the Just Be Method™:
The Just Be Method™ for Self-Care
For those who want to deepen their personal experience, become more familiar with the approach used in sessions, and learn how to work with their experience between sessions.
The Just Be Method™ Practitioner Training
For those who feel called to guide others — learning how to facilitate sessions and follow what’s unfolding in real time.
Each pathway reveals more of the method — in a way that’s meant to be experienced, not just learned.
