Heal & Make Friends
A weekly space where healing, connection, and being human come together.
This is about going deep, while also allowing space for lightness, laughter, and silliness.
A healthy life doesn’t only come from inner peace. It can come from joy, connection, and letting yourself be a little silly.
These live sessions are a place to:
• Connect with others (having a sense of community has been shown to deeply support the nervous system)
• Explore growth in a relaxed, supportive environment
• Experience both depth and lightness without pressure
Come as you are.
This event is held on Zoom. You can have your camera on or off. Muted or unmuted. Simply use this time as you need.
Sundays 3-4pm EST
Each week you will be guided through a gentle meditation with time to connect with other attendees and enjoy new friendships.

A growing virtual library of supportive wellness practices you can return to anytime you need them.
Inside the membership, you’ll find guided experiences created by Shelby Lynn of Just Be Holistic Wellness Center including Reiki meditations, distance Reiki sessions, Yoga Nidra, gentle movement practices, astrology journal prompts, nervous system support practices, and more.
We believe that just one supportive practice a day can begin to change your relationship with stress, overwhelm, and daily life.
Private sessions can be deeply supportive, but real change is often built through the small ways we care for ourselves consistently. This library was created to help bridge the gap between sessions especially during the moments life doesn’t schedule for us.
The practices inside are designed to meet you in the trenches of life when hard news arrives, when your body feels overwhelmed, when emotions surface unexpectedly, or when you simply need a moment to reconnect with yourself.
Rather than needing to wait for your next appointment, you’ll have supportive practices available whenever you need them from the comfort of your own home.
