1. Overview

By accessing this website or booking services through Just Be Holistic Wellness Center (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

These terms are designed to create clarity around how our services, practitioners, and booking systems operate.

2. Nature of Services

Just Be Holistic Wellness Center provides holistic wellness services designed to support relaxation, self-awareness, and overall wellbeing.

These services are not a substitute for medical or mental health diagnosis, treatment, or care.

Results are not guaranteed, as each individual responds differently to this work.

Some practitioners operating within the space may be licensed professionals (such as massage therapists or counselors), but services offered through this website are presented within a holistic wellness context unless otherwise stated by the individual practitioner.

3. Independent Practitioners

Just Be Holistic Wellness Center operates as a collective of independent practitioners.

Each practitioner operates their own independent practice
Practitioners are responsible for their own services, communication, policies, and outcomes
Booking, payment, and policies may vary depending on the practitioner

By choosing to work with a practitioner, you acknowledge that you are entering into a relationship with that individual practitioner, not solely with Just Be Holistic Wellness Center.

4. Booking & Payment

Clients may:

Book directly with Shelby or Justin (owners) through our booking system
Book directly with independent practitioners through their individual systems

Payments are processed through third-party providers such as Wix Payments or Square.

We do not store full payment information.

5. Cancellation Policy

For sessions with Shelby or Justin:

A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule
Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee

For sessions with practitioners:

Each practitioner maintains their own cancellation policy
Clients are responsible for reviewing and adhering to that practitioner’s policies

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds may be considered in situations such as:

A session being canceled by the provider
Payment errors
Inclement weather (rescheduling is preferred whenever possible)

Practitioners may have their own refund policies.

7. Minors

Clients under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present in the room for the duration of the session.

The parent or guardian is responsible for consent and participation in the process.

8. Intellectual Property

The Just Be Method™ and all related content, language, and materials are the intellectual property of Just Be Holistic Wellness Center.

They may not be copied, reproduced, taught, or used for professional purposes without explicit written permission.

9. Website Use

All content on this website, including text, images, and materials, is owned by or licensed to Just Be Holistic Wellness Center.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

By using this website or booking services, you agree that:

You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes
Just Be Holistic Wellness Center is not liable for any direct or indirect results of services received
Individual practitioners are responsible for the services they provide

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
