Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF) therapy uses gentle electromagnetic pulses to support the body's natural relaxation and recovery response. Clients often book this for: -Stress relief and a deep sense of relaxation -Support for that restless, on edge feeling -A gentle, non-touch way to unwind -Recovery support after activity or a demanding week -Establishing a regular wellness routine Sessions are 30 minutes. Some clients notice warmth or a light tingling sensation during their time on the mat, and everyone experiences it a little differently.
