A trauma-informed approach to yoga that includes an opening meditation using embodiment (body-based) emotional grounding techniques with breathwork followed by a gentle flow that may include introduction to lunges and downward-facing dog, ending softly with a guided Reiki-filled Savasana.

Each week, enjoy the benefits of exploring a mind-body-spirit centered theme! At times, we will explore the body, like opening the shoulders or supporting low back pain relief; we will also dive into the mind-spirit, like releasing worries or letting go of anger; and at other times, we will have fun with crystal singing bowls, breathwork, and Reiki. This is YOUR time to let go, have fun, and be in community with others!
