Trauma-Informed Somatic Yoga Teacher Training

A deeply integrative training to help you guide others through movement, awareness, and embodied healing.

More Than a Yoga Training

This training is designed to be more than learning how to teach yoga.

It’s an experience that supports your own growth — while preparing you to guide others in a way that is grounded, safe, and impactful.

For many, this kind of work becomes life-changing.

Not because it forces transformation…

But because it creates the space for it to naturally unfold.

A Trauma-Informed Foundation

This training places a strong emphasis on trauma-informed care.

You’ll learn how to create spaces where people feel:

• Safe
• Supported
• Able to move at their own pace

This approach allows you to guide classes that are not only effective, but deeply respectful of each person’s experience.

Somatic Movement & Embodied Awareness

You’ll also receive training in somatic movement and embodiment practices.

This allows you to guide experiences that support:

• Emotional expression
• Relief of chronic tension or pain
• Deeper connection to the body
• Personal and spiritual growth

These tools expand your ability to work with students beyond traditional yoga classes.

Flexible, Self-Paced Learning

This training is fully self-led and designed to fit into your life.

Most students complete the program within about one year, though you have up to two years to complete certification requirements.

You’ll also have lifetime access to the training materials, allowing you to revisit and deepen your understanding over time.

This Training May Be For You If…

• You feel called to teach or guide others
• You’re interested in trauma-informed or somatic approaches
• You want a deeper, more integrative training experience
• You’re looking for both personal growth and professional development
• You want flexibility in how and when you learn

Step Into Your Role

There are moments in life where you realize you’re meant to offer something more.

To hold space.
To guide.
To support others in a way that feels meaningful.

This training isn’t about becoming someone different.

It’s about stepping more fully into what’s already there.

Your voice.
Your presence.
Your ability to lead with care and intention.

You don’t need to have everything figured out to begin.
