I look around and I see a tired world.

We have all been pushed to our limits.

We are anxious,

Overthinking,

Ill,

And while we have so much hurt in common, very few of us feel like we've "found our people."

We feel alone, isolated, separate, and different from everyone else.

Here's a weekly opportunity for you to heal and maybe find even just 1 of your people. Friendships that unite souls are sacred and seem to be hard to come by, so I invite you to come whenever you feel led. Who knows who you'll meet!

Heal & Make Friends is an online retreat for your soul! We begin by building community and having fun together, then I will guide us through a self-healing practice, like Embodiment, Reiki, or Yoga Nidra.

This time is truly yours: use it however you'd like. Stay as long or short as you'd like. You have the full freedom to take exactly what you need.

A Note About Twitch

We have transitioned from Zoom to Twitch! Twitch is a great place to build community. You don't need an account to view the event, just go to "twitch.tv/thesillyceo" on your computer or phone on Sundays 11am-1pm EST. You get to relax behind the screen without a camera, and if you'd like to use the "chat" feature to type messages to me and the other participants, then you can get a free account and join in!
