What's Been Building Up Over Time
I often work with people who have ideas that are worth a million bucks: a reset button for life, a way to "leave everything behind and start fresh," or even a magic wand that can make certain situations disappear.
And that desire is so real!
I've been there, and to me it felt like "I've reached my limit and I'm so overwhelmed. If I could just pack up and go on a really long vacation, I would... but I have bills to pay, people dependent on me..."
This "having to stay still" is where I found my unmet need: "When do I get my turn to just be?"
Just breathe.
Just rest.
Just be me.
And through about 10 years of sessions, trainings, and experience as the practitioner, I found a rhythm that supports me time-and-time again:
The Just Be Method™.

Reiki.
I continue to study each of these individually in many forms, and share them with others - so you can also get that "just be" feeling.

Most of us learn to solve things by:
• Analyzing the situation
• Talking it through over and over
• Trying to figure out the “right” answer
• Looking for a positive answer to “is everything going to work out for me?”
And sometimes that works… for a little while.
But it often doesn’t last.
Because when we stay in that constant loop of thinking and analyzing, we’re not noticing our experience of stress, overwhelm, and daily life.
Many of us experience life based on how our nervous systems have learned to respond to stress, responsibility, and long-term overwhelm.
And over time, life can start to have:
• Constant cycles of thoughts that don't seem to stop
• Seriousness and tension
• Always being “on”
• Prioritizing everyone else before yourself
• Holding more than you were meant to carry
So instead of staying in the cycle of trying to figure it all out…
I guide you to notice your experience of life directly.
Not by forcing you to relax.
Not by trying to shut your mind off.
But by observing what your body is experiencing.
And as that happens, something really noticeable may come through:
There’s space.
Space between you and what you’re dealing with.
Space to breathe again.
Space to step back mentally and actually see what’s going on.
