Hello. My name is Craig and I am Reiki Master. 

I discovered Reiki at a particularly overwhelming time in my life. I was pursuing my master’s degree in social work at Humboldt State University among the redwoods in Arcata, California, while living in a van and attempting to heal some deep emotional/psychological wounds. 

For years I had been living in a state of chronic overwhelm and stress. And I kept reasoning that if I just pushed myself harder, just a little further, that things would get better.
