Hi! Shelby here, and I have a personal message to share with you. Probably much like yourself, my personal life doesn't stop when my business needs extra support. I ran my business as a solo act for far too long. I tried my best to find solutions to my problems and only after my business became sustainable did I start getting help from a coach... and not a business coach, but an Embodiment Coach. We can all post on social media and make websites and study SEO... so why do some businesses accelerate at rocket speeds and others fall flat for too long? After starting my business in 2018, I've come to know that WHO I AM makes or breaks my business. I spent a long time being who I thought I needed to be to get bookings, who I thought I needed to be to quit my day job and work for myself full time, who I thought I needed to be to get likes on social media posts or attendees to my workshops. ...what I didn't spend enough time on was "who do I want to be?" and "what impact do I want to make?" Because THAT version of me--let me tell you--she gets booked because she's real. I didn't need business coaching, I needed coaching to help me figure out who I want to be. And that was the easy part!!! What came next was navigating the fears of: ~Will people still like me? ~What if no one likes that side of me? ~Am I even brave enough to be this version of myself? YOUR PERSONAL LIFE AND YOUR BUSINESS ARE THE SAME. Which is why in sessions, I often hear my clients say, "I know you're not a therapist, but my [relationship, self-image, etc] problem keeps coming up when I try to work on my business." It's because it's all connected! What your [relationship, self-image, etc] problems are trying to show you is the same wisdom you need for the next stage of your business. Is this resonating for you? Common starting points are: ~Attracting Your Soulmate Clients ~Getting Booked ~Creating Aligned Services ~Becoming Who You Want to Be ~Healing Your Relationship with Money and Time (e.g. "I never have enough money to do what I desire." and "There's never enough time for me.") My approach is very nervous system led. I never encourage business growth that feels like it threatens your finances, health, or relationships. Your business growth should support the life you've built. I also never tell you to connect with "your most successful self." All the wisdom you need is already within you. You are powerful and wise
