Service Description
Many of us spend much of our time living in our thoughts — planning, analyzing, and responding to the demands of everyday life. Embodiment practices help bring awareness back into the body, where deeper regulation, clarity, and healing can occur. In this session, we use gentle movement, breath awareness, guided reflection, and body-based practices to help you reconnect with your physical and emotional experience. By tuning into sensations and patterns within the body, you can begin to release tension, understand emotional signals, and develop a stronger sense of presence and self-trust. This session offers a supportive space to slow down, listen to your body, and rediscover a sense of grounded calm. Best for: • feeling disconnected from your body • stress or emotional overwhelm • learning to recognize and release tension patterns • improving body awareness and nervous system regulation • anyone interested in body-based self-awareness practices
