Spirit Guide Session

Service Description

In many spiritual traditions, guides and deities and spirit animals are understood as external beings who walk alongside us. My perspective is a little different: I see spirit guides as parts of you. Aspects of your own energy and consciousness that are actively supporting your life, even while you sleep, even while you're stuck in traffic, even while you're just trying to get through the week. They've been with you this whole time. This session is simply how you learn about and meet them more intentionally, and enjoy the benefits of that connection more deeply. We'll start with a conversation about where you are: whether you're brand new to this or have been working with spirit guides for decades. From there, we explore what's already rising into your consciousness: the repeating numbers, the animals, the colors, the dreams, the pull toward certain symbols or figures. If you have a specific guide or deity you feel drawn to, we can go there, too. And if you're not sure where to start, I can offer you a few guides to begin working with based on what you're currently navigating in life. This is a conversational, educational session rather than a meditation or energy healing experience. Think of it less as a heavy spiritual undertaking and more as a fascinating conversation about the parts of yourself you haven't formally met yet. It is not a substitute for medical, mental health, or psychological care, and no specific outcomes are guaranteed. Your experience is your own, and this session is simply a space to explore it more intentionally.
