Make a list of the things you are actively working to improve in yourself. This list might include things like:

~Slowing down and not rushing from one thing to the next, I always feel so busy and exhausted

~Daily self-care practices, I'm always occupied with work, home, and family that I don't have time for myself

Now look at your list, are you attracting clients who have the same problems?

​

~They come into sessions flustered because of how busy they stack their days, that they're unable to fully benefit from your work and fall off your schedule after a few sessions, or cancel because they're too late or too busy

~You are attracting people who you never meet because they, too, don't prioritize their own, individual wellness and never book sessions for themselves
