Each week, enjoy the benefits of exploring a mind-body-spirit centered theme! At times, we will explore the body, like opening the shoulders or supporting low back pain relief; we will also dive into the mind-spirit, like releasing worries or letting go of anger; and at other times, we will have fun with crystal singing bowls, breathwork, and Reiki. This is YOUR time to let go, have fun, and be in community with others!
