I would just like to share an update on my recent class at CYB just yesterday. It was a success! 8 people in attendance. What brought people there - stress, anxiety, the need for a reset, learn something new. The feedback I received was "wow, I thought this was going to be much harder", "this was great...exactly what I needed", "will you be hosting regular classes?", and "I can't beleive how fast the time went...I was worried I was not going to be able to be still for so long" (FYI...I encourgemnt gentle movements through class - gentle stretches and wiggles). I would call the class a success. I plan to host classes / workshops monthly but the locations will vary. Stay tuned.
