Yoga of Sleep with Reiki (on Zoom!)

Experience yoga in a new way! Yoga Nidra is known as "The Yoga of Sleep." 1 hour of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to 4 hours of deep REM sleep. Yoga Nidra is a guided meditative experience formulated to bring you into the Theta state for deep rest and healing. This practice will be offered over Zoom!

When you complete a certification, whether in Reiki/Embodiment/etc, you're out there in the world, practicing your techniques and implementing your trainings.
