Hi! I'm Adrienne and I am a new provider here to serve you on your journey of self discovery and transformation! In 2021, I had an spiritual awakening after the birth of my first child that propelled me with both feet into my soul called work! I am Reiki 1 + 2 certified and a Certified Life Coach drawn to help overwhelmed moms beat burnout and live from "A Place of Peace". I LOVE helping women reconnect with themselves and create a life they love. I am a student of life and constantly improving myself and my craft.

As a healer and coach, I bridge the practical and spiritual, working one-on-one with clients to bring awareness of self at the soul level and help them achieve their life goals. I am deeply devoted to helping others, which brings me immense satisfaction and joy. I uphold strong ethical standards, ensuring complete client confidentiality and treating each session as sacred.
