Single Session: Root & Realign
60 minutes $75
If you’re feeling stuck in one area of your health—sleep, digestion, mood, energy, etc., this 60-minute session offers grounded support. You’ll complete a brief intake beforehand, so we can make the most of our time together. Sometimes we just need to make space to be heard and shine our full attention on the one area of our health that is calling for a shift. You'll leave with clarity and a plan rooted in sustainable, nature-aligned practices.
Monthly Coaching: Grow with Support
$250 monthly
This option begins with the Root & Realign session and continues with weekly check-ins to help you stay accountable and supported. You’ll be reminded that you don’t have to do it all alone—and that change happens one simple, intentional step at a time. Many of us will leave a single session motivated and inspired, only to have our old patterns resurface. Resistance comes in many forms, from doubt, to fatigue to distraction. It can be difficult to spot resistance on our own. I'll help you to sidestep resistance when it arises and keep you focused on your commitments to improving your wellness. Utilizing monthly support is the quickest way to achieve your wellness goals.
3-Month Program: Seasonal Wellness Coaching
Working closely with a health coach over a whole season of personal change gives you the support when it really counts.
In three months, we shift and change, life presents opportunities and challenges and our desires and energies fluctuate. After one session of self care planning, typically clients are so laser focused on their goals and motivated to embrace new healthy habits. After just a few days of practicing new habits, however, motivation wanes as the shape of old habits beckons and priorities compete. We’ll meet weekly (in person or virtually) to unpack the resistance as it arises. You’ll leave our sessions each week renewed in your commitments to your brightest health and inspired with new perspective and energy.
We will begin each new season with a detailed health survey. You will assign scores to each of the areas of wellness and we’ll choose an area in which you are ready for a shift. In our first session, which will typically last an hour, you will be supported to create an individualized self care plan that will be clear and easy to follow.
Making commitments, creating a wellness plan, visualizing yourself succeeding and having weekly support to hold you accountable is how we sustainably make change.
Consistency is the great amplifier of our effort. Week after week, as you leave behind a trail of checks in boxes, your confidence in your ability to trust yourself will grow and the results you’ve dreamed of will become more and more apparent.
Improving our health is a game won day after day, with kindness and acceptance. Yes, you will have more energy, more clarity of mind and your body composition will change, and the effects of consistency in your healthy habits will surprise you as they spill out over the edges of the body and into your relationships, your outlook and the rest of your life.
