Happy Autumn Equinox
Happy Fall Y'all! The Autumn Equinox was on Monday, and if you're into astrology, it's a time of letting things go (people, places, limiting beliefs) to make room for planting a new harvest in the spring. It's a time to collect the rest of your harvest (what you've been creating all year) to learn how to improve next season and enjoy your effort.
Many people feel anxious, nauseous, unable to ground, body aches and pains, and underlying sadness and anger.
It's a great time to
~Declutter your spaces
~Journal and reflect (prompts below)
~Move your body, even if it feels like sludge
Reflections
🧡 What am I ready to let go of?
🧡 What am I holding onto too tightly?
🧡 How can I create more space for what matters most?
I gifted myself with an autumn bouquet of flowers! I invite you to gift yourself this season (or enjoy the photo of my flowers! We can share!)

Grateful for this season. This is the season that is so bittersweet for me. I celebrated my birthday yesterday, gifting myself a dinner out with my son enjoying a big bowl of roasted root vegtables and a warm apple crumble dessert, and was gifted 2 beautiful flower arrangements. I host an annual change of seasons party in October with close friends and 4 different wholesome chilis and warm Cornbread. I enjoy more evenings on my deck wrapped in a blanket lounging around a crackling fire. And on the flip side, the bitter side I feel all of the letting go. Ready to purge, an urge to let go of anything and anyone that doesn't align with my purpose. This year, thanks to all the amazing healing I've done, I actually feel like I am ready and able to let go. Its time to celebrate this time of year so that going into winter feels different. Ready to begin the ripple effect. Thank you for sharing your flowers and I happily offer mine to share with all of you as well.
