Service Description

Somatic Release is a body-based release of stored emotional content. Based on what you want to achieve from the session, Shelby will guide you through a customized practice using movement, sound, and breath. An Embodiment session includes 12 components for releasing stored trauma; Somatic Release is 1 of these components.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session within 24 hours of your appointment, please contact us. A cancellation fee will apply for cancellations and reschedule requests made within 24 hours, except in the case of inclement weather.
